Can I combine the $3off $15 Covergirl cosmetics with the $4 off $15 any Cosmetics CRTs if I only buy $15 worth of Covergirl cosmetic products? Or I shld. reach $30 worth of Cosmetics to be applied?

Hopefully you got an answer already but if not, I would try spending $18, use the $3/$15 first = $15 then use the $4/$15 = $11. That should work!
Only the 4/15 crt worked for me.
The $6/2 coupon beeped for the eye 3 colored eye shadows kit. The cashier refused to put it through saying that the coupon states it excludes the 1kit shadows and even though the eye shadow has 3 colors, it is considered 1kit. The manager agreed with her. I couldn’t even argue because the $6/2 app coupon didn’t come off either.
same thing just happened to me… they said eye shadow is not considered “makeup”!???
I just came back from CVS and tried a different Cover Girl deal. This time I purchased 2 Cover Girl mascaras. They were $8.49 each. I used the ip for $6/2, no beeps. I also used a CRT for $4 off $14 cosmetics. Then the $6 off 2 Cover Girl app coupon came off as well!!!! So I paid $.98 oop plus tax and got a $5 ECB.
They said the same to me for the 4-kit eye shadows, but I argued that THEIR label that displays the price names it “4-kit.” They still wouldn’t override it. On my third trip to a CVS, they overrided it (I wasnt going store to store for the coupon, just to find a CVS that wasn’t sold out of the local Sunday paper).
