I’ve owned a Dyson and a Shark and I would ALWAYS buy the Shark again. The Dyson completely lost suction after about a year. Not worth the money at all!

We had the same problem with our Dyson, turns out we had sucked up a juice box straw. Customer service gave up multiple suggestions on what to check for troubleshooting. Works great again.
