Ironically, using pads in high heel shoes is a great hack!! I use them in my heels and they help cushion and don’t have any issues with shoes ever getting smelly! If you have sweaty feet, using them in any shoes you don’t wear socks with is a great use.

Ha! My dad’s favorite story about my cousin growing up is the time we were over at his house and he came out of the bathroom with maxi pads stuck to the bottom of his socks! He must have been about two or three at the time and had no idea what they were really used for.😂
