Through April 29th, McDonald’s is offering up a FREE medium McCafe or medium fries with ANY $1 purchase when you use mobile order and pay at a participating McDonald’s.
Just open the app and click on “View Deals” to find your offers.
Also, be sure to check your McDonald’s app for additional offers like $2 off any Signature Crafted Recipes Sandwich and Buy 5 McCafe Beverages & Get 1 FREE.
Note that select offers are valid once per week and may vary by region.
If you haven’t already, head here and download the free McDonald’s app. Once downloaded, click “View Deals” to choose your favorite offer. Then customize your mobile order, apply your coupon, and pay! They don’t make your order until you arrive at the restaurant and check in with your app.

Mine says expires in 4 days. Does the coupon just reload after 4 days until the 29th?
New coupons reload every Monday. Most of the coupons/deals are good thru Sunday.
I’ve stopped using the app for the most part because almost all the offers on mine are always mobile pay now. Not interested in that. I use to love their app
DARN! I do find that many offers are for the mobile pay, however I have scored some great savings when scanning my app through the drive through as well. The other night I saved $2 off a $10 purchase!
I agree completely! I still look at the app every time, but it’s rare that I find something that I want to use, that isn’t mobile pay. I tried the mobile pay once and it was a nightmare… took me much longer than if I had just gotten in the drivethru line and ordered like normal.
