We use 3 of these in our pool, and they get heavy use. We have never had a problem with air leaks, but the mesh bottoms tend to rip out along the outer edge, which is easily repairable. Buy some gorilla glue to repair – it holds the weight of my 210lb husband.
Thanks for your review! I’m so tempted to get one!!!
These are awesome. Use them to float down river. They have a 2 seater one as well. This is a great price too
Thanks! I got 2 out of amazon warhouse for 9.60 each.
You’re welcome!
As long as we have good weather, I expect my daughter will be spending time this summer at a local “swimming hole” called Buttermilk Falls (great name right?). She’ll go with friends from her equestrian barn. Horses are expensive enough – TY for finding a way to save me $$ somehow!!
That sounds like so much fun!
Buttermilk Falls-near Ithaca, NY?
We have them from a couple summers ago w/out the backrest that were $5 each and they have held up so well!
I grabbed 2 of these & 1 of another in the like items section. We are looking forward to lots of river floating this summer when family comes to visit. Thank you.
What’s Amazon Warehouse?
It’s where they sell their used or damaged products at a discount. I’ve had REALLY good success when I buy something in Like New or Very Good condition. Often, it just means the packaging was damaged, but the product itself is fine. You wouldn’t necessarily want to send a gift from there if appearance is important.
