I don’t get how Kohls chooses who gets 40% and 30%, I only got 30% on both the Kohl’s email and hip2save special emails. My thought is, why does not every hip2save reader get 40% through the special code? It’s disappointing to see so many posts all throughout the day about potential great buys we could get if we only got 40% off, then have it be so random whether we got it or not.
