Hi Gigi! That’s so odd – I have purchased from this company before and had no issues. Sorry to hear that you had issues.
It was weird… sometimes AMEX is hyper sensitive (which is good). Anyway, I emailed e-gifter to cancel my trial membership the transaction auto-signed me up for and they responded right away- so that is a huge plus in egifter’s favor IMO.
My AMEX is through a military bank and it’s super touchy with anything other than using it in store. Although I love the perks it is sometimes a pain.
How do you get the extra $15 GC? Do you enter a promo code somewhere or what?
