I like it, but I can’t pull it off. I wish I could!
I think its cute and would look really good with skinny jeans or high waist shorts. Its one of the tops I ordered, based on some target.com reviews it can be worn either on or off the shoulder.
OT, but I got a pair of Tried and Tru sueded capri leggings and Walmart for 5.88 yesterday and they are amazing. So soft and comfy and totally not see through. I’m hooked!
