Me too! I tried a bajillion times and it didn’t work for me either. It kept totaling as a zero balance. Bummer.
It happened to me too, but I figured out that I typed my credit card information in wrong row( where supposed to be gift card information). Then I scrolled down a little and typed in the right place. And it worked!
