Wow this is a fantastic price! I purchased this at full price 7 months ago when my daughter was born! We absolutely love it I would definitely recommend it!
SO happy to hear you have been pleased with it! Thanks a ton for the review!! I sure liked having one of these when my kiddos were little!
Please keep in mind that rarely are seat protectors like this approved with carseats! Protectors can very easily cause the seat to not be installed correctly and you may not know it until an accident. If you are worried about feet on the back of your seat, use a thin towel or t-shirt to protect it. More information can be found here: https://csftl.org/seat-protectors/
Thank you for saying that. I commented on the other post for this and it really isn’t a good idea.
Don’t add or take away on your car seat unless tested by the manufacturer.
Realistically these are fine for most car seats. A necessity to save your seats. Good price, I have a few of them in black.
“Fine for most seats”…based on what evidence? It’s a fact that any modifications like these aftermarket accessories can compromise car seat safety. I’d rather save my kids than my seats, in an accident.
Because saving your seats is definitely the top priority. Seriously?
I just ordered a few. I agree with you Rebecca. I think if it was that serious they wouldn’t be on the market. Of all the risks we take in life, I don’t see this one as all that life threatening.
Sorry, but I’m not buying that line of thinking. By your logic, Bumbo seats, crib bumpers, and even those Gerber cheese puffs wouldn’t be on the market since they have all been known to pose fall, suffocation, and choking hazards. The reality is that it’s up to parents to do their research and educate themselves before buying things that can pose a threat to their child’s safety, not up to “the market” not to carry certain products just because some people can’t be bothered to do a simple Google search before buying something. Good luck.
Jan-You’re wrong. You really should do some research before commenting.
I don’t knowingly put my children at risk. Not even if it’s not “all that life threating”
You ladies have a point about bad products being on the market, sorry. I was just getting some feedback. I still can’t see them as all that dangerous though. However, if I ever do, I can feel better about tossing them since I got them at half price haha!
Either you’re misinformed or in denial…you should really consider doing some research on this, before making a decision that can impact your child’s safety and survival in an accident. But that’s your decision to make and live with.
purchased them, then saw the negative feedback and cancelled the order 😔
They’re great.
At the very least just check with your carseat manufacturer.
I cringe every time one of these gets posted because I know it’s leading to purchases. Hip2Save, please stop posting these products. 😕
Agreed…they seriously need to think about what they post on here sometimes, instead of just promoting any old thing on sale. Not long ago they did a low-cost DIY baby-proofing post telling you to use bandages over outlets and dowels to keep cabinet doors closed. CRINGE.
Yikes!
