Don’t pay full price for summer fun!

Experience all the best attractions your city has to offer for a fraction of the price by purchasing a CityPASS – lots of US cities included! These awesome discount booklets include tickets to the best museums, zoos, and more – all for up to 50% off what you’d pay at the ticket booth!

As one example, a Dallas CityPASS is $49 for adults and $33 for children and comes packed with tickets to the Reunion Tower Geo-Deck, Perot Museum, Dallas Zoo or The Sixth Floor Museum, and the Dallas Arboretum or George W. Bush Presidential Library. If purchased at the ticket booth, those attractions would cost over $80!

Here’s how it works…

Once you purchase, you’ll have a whole six months to claim your CityPASS booklet so you can travel when it works for you. You can claim your booklet by redeeming your printed or electronic voucher (show right on your smartphone) at any of the included CityPASS attractions for your selected city.

Note- If you prefer, you can also choose to have your CityPASS booklet shipped to you for an additional $12. Vouchers expire February 28, 2019.

After you receive your CityPASS booklet, you have 9 days to complete all the activities in whatever order you want. Since you already have the tickets, there’s usually no waiting at long ticket lines! Just check your tickets in the booklet for entry instructions at each attraction.

This will make it easy (and cheaper) to cross stuff off our summer bucket list!

This is a great way to see a new city! We recently used the Houston one during Spring Break. The only thing I wish was different was the ability to go to one place more than once. My kids loved the Children’s Museum and would have like to go another day. Other than that it was easy to use and saved us a lot of money!

I have used these before and HIGHLY recommend them. It is an amazing deal, especially if you are new to the city or only have a couple days to visit.

We used one in Toronto and LOVED it! We got to see so many attractions. This is an awesome price!

We also did the Toronto City Pass for vacation last year. It was FANTASTIC! Side note: if you go to Toronto you absolutely must visit Chinatown. Best dumplings we’ve ever had!

My husband and I used citypass on our honeymoon in NYC ten years ago and we LOVED it. I want to do it again!!

Personally, I prefer the Go Card. You choose 3, 4 or 5 attractions and have 30 days to use it.

We did this for Seattle and it was so worth it.

I don’t know where else to ask this but does anyone know of good websites or places to find last minute deals on cruises? We would like to cruise out of New Orleans or Mobile, AL. My daughter just graduated and we want to go on a family trip before she leaves in August. I looked at some of those last minute websites and their prices seem close to regular prices.

    • Kiera

Summer time prices on cruises are higher than (most) seasons because people are off from school and work. I think you should just go with whatever you see online, or try to get in touch with a travel agent they may get you some extra perks.

Just be aware that summertime is hurricane season you don’t want to be stuck out on a boat during Hurricane Season.

I have found it’s cheaper for us in the long run to purchase memberships to places we like, and use the reciprocal membership benefits. That way ee have all year, and can use them anywhere we go. We have a membership at the Chattanooga Zoo ($80 for family) and to a local science center ($120). We get either free or half off tickets at zoos and some aquariums all over the country, and free entrance at a ton of science centers and some history museums! We homeschool, and take field trips all over the south, this helps so much because some trips i only pay for gas and hotel!
