Just fyi, you do NOT get free shipping using the app to order in store. I tried and failed… You can, however get free shipping when you order via an in-store kiosk. I have verified this with Kohls customer service.
I wonder if they just changed this. I’ve always been able to get free shipping when using Kohl’s WiFi in the store and in the parking lot of the store.
I don’t know. Perhaps it is just specific to your area? When I tried ordering via the app using in-store wifi and didn’t get free shipping, I felt so dumb when I spoke to customer service about it. The rep said it is definitely not a “thing” to get free shipping when using store wifi. Said they had no way to know if customers were using kohks wifi or not. I did also speak to the managers at my local store who said the exact same thing.
Maybe it is. The Kohl’s that I go to is in palm Desert, California.
ive heard of the in store free shipping. i just did a search and found on Kohl’s site that it is based on location being turned on for your phone, not using the store wifi. it sounds like you spoke to a rude service agent.
Slightly off topic, but does anyone know how to get offer back to Kohl’s wallet after being deleted? I had a 20% off coupon that wasn’t part of current promotions.
Has anyone been able to get the new reward elite member free shipping to work? I thought it was going to automatically apply when checking out but I’m still being charged shipping. I talked to customer service and they said I was an elite member so I should be getting free shipping, anyone else with the same problem?
as far as I know there are free shipping offers for purchases using your Kohls credit card but on specified dates and with coupon code you need to input but there are non valid right now
