Hi Amber. Can I use points to pay and earn points back? Last week I have 20,000 points, I tried to buy $30.00 PG products to get 10.000 points back. After I used some coupons , the total with tax was $26.26. I told the cashier that I would like to use my points but she said I will not earn points if I redeem points. So I have to pay with my credit card. Now I have more points but I don’t know how to use. Thank you very much.
