What is coconut palm sugar?
“a palm sugar produced from the sap of the flower bud stem of the coconut palm.”
it’s basically sap from a coconut tree flower bud stem. this brand is vegan, so they don’t run it through bone char. it has to spend time in mild heat to dry it into hardened form. i imagine it’s quite sweet. can’t wait to try it!
