I looked at the dollar cards but actually found 2 of the 50 cent cards for Father’s Day, which were perfect and I usually have a hard time finding Dad’s Day cards. These were name brand, made in America too. Always find a bargain here!

You know, it’s crazy that I never thought of the greeting cards, at Dollar Tree, being $1. I buy cards there. But, they have, always, been 2/$1. Maybe, it’s because mine, always, come from those cardboard displays they put out, for every holiday/occasion. I guess, I just assumed that the cards, on the shelves, were the same price. It is obvious, once I think about it -LOL
All the cards at my local DT are now Hallmark. Great selection!

Besides cards I always buy gift bags there as well. Some of those are 2/$1. Larger ones are $1.

i can no longer find the tender thoughts cards at dollar tree. (2 for $1.00) dollar tree appears to only carry the new hallmark cards — smaller in size (no 8X10 sizes anymore) and much more limited selection. very disappointed. where can i find the tender thought cards?
Sane thing for me – I gave out a sweet card with soft colored flowers on the front (a lot of soft pink) and I think a outline of a Bible with a verse inside that would fit a lot of occasions. It said something about “Thinking about you”. Any idea where I could get this one? Thanks..
I have been looking for a card I bought at the Dollar Tree that says The Healing Power of the Smiley Face. I sent this card to so many people who just needed a smile. I use to buy so many cards like Hello How are You, A Friendly Hello. These were larger cards and easier to read. I really enjoy sending cards. I am not happy with the new cards. Where can I buy the old cards? Please I have people who need them.

I am also very disappointed in the Hallmark line and want the Tender Thoughts cards back — they were so much nicer than the Heartline Hallmark cards! And a better selection of the types of cards. Many of the drawings on the Heartline cards are just silly looking. Even many of the kids ones look so silly they look stupid. I hope Dollar Tree will consider bringing back the Tender Thoughts American Greetings cards! Unless and until then, I guess we will be buying more greeting cards from the Current Catalog…but would rather buy them in person at Dollar Tree 🙁
