I tried to buy this from Samsung.com around Christmas. Kept saying backorded for weeks. They finally cancelled my order and had no apology.
After doing some further research I ended up just getting my kids Samsung tablets that had waaay more features. You can still set up a parent account and restrict their activity.

I got this for my son at Christmas. Nice tablet, but horrible customer service. We will never buy a Samsung product again and don’t use the Samsung Kids app. Refuse to give them another dime. In short, I was told they would price match to a sales price they had after my purchase. Got a runaround for months and customer service emails that contradicted each other written by employees overseas (verified by their phone support employee).

Not a great product for kids ! Got 2 for mine and they shut down completely and one even stopped working !

My son cracked the screen of his regular Samsung tablet, so I demoted him to this version, he is fine with it and hasn’t had a problem since we got it in December. Although his is the regular kids not the ninja go version…
