I’m on the phone with JC Penney now and that promo code does not apply to the flip flops. you also have to pay shipping which is as much as the flip flops. waiting for a supervisor now… we shall see what happens?
just got off the phone with a supervisor and got the 15% off and only had to pay the $3.95 for shipping to my home, she reduced the shipping as if they were being shipped to the store. final cost $12.41
