I just love Chick Fil A, but never used the calendar. Maybe they were losing money on them? All I know is their food is well worth the money spent. Quality food and an honest company, and the only way they would lose me is if their quality would go down. I can ALWAYS count on a great chicken sandwich
If you have a texting plan you should still be able to get a code texted to you that you can show at the register. That’s what I used to do. However, if it needs a link to a web site (for example Subway), then it was a bit trickier but doable. I would send/text that link/msg to my iPod/iPad (via a free text app if you don’t have a data plan) and then access that at Subway using their free WiFi. It was a learning curve initially and inconvenience, but after a couple of times, you’re used to it. I’m an old-school, nonpaperless kinda gal, too. So don’t get me started on coupons.com and struggles from printing their coupons!
NO, say it isn’t so!!!! I love their calendars. So many great items for so little $!
We love CFA! The calendar card can only be used once a month anyway. The app always gives me free treats, whether I earn them, or they are just added by CFA. And they really are a very generous company! They constantly give away free food to the community. Our local branch gives free meals to all police officers in uniform:) And their customer service is outstanding!
Hate to heard this! When youβre on a really tight budget, this helped.π
Hope they reconsider this move.
I love the annual calendars. Boo! Or should I say Moo! Bring them back please.
It was double Christmas gift for our family. My son used the card, and I used the calendar. There are not many “free” wall calendars anymore, so this was a good option. Too bad.
First they came for my lemon pie, then they came for my chicken salad sandwich, now the venerable calendar! What is next, no more waffle fries!
I am disappointed to hear this! Even though the offer for the calendar card is just 1x use that month, it was worth it especially for a family on a tight budget with kids to feed. Using the calendar card with the Chick-Fil-A One app helped us earn rewards. We won’t be going to Chick-Fil-A as often. Also the Chick-Fil-A’s in our area aren’t as generous as some say theirs are with free offers and such.
Oooooh my! The Chick-fil-A Calendar Cards will certainly be missed by my family and I! We have been faithful fans from the very beginning (1998)! I found the cards to be a BLESSING to us over the years, because it allowed us to purchase excellent quality food items while spending only a fraction of the price. Each month there was always great freebies! My daughter’s and I enjoy going through the drive-thur, sitting in the parking lot, eating your delicious food, people watching, and fellowshipping with one another! We will remain FAITHFUL CHICK-FIL-A FANS!!
sad to hear that there will be no more calendars. I don’t have a phone that down loads an app,
for people without a smart phone , we are being left out of enjoying a monthly free surprise.
Please consider all the customers not just the smart phone customers
Oh so sorry to hear no more calendars! I have always given them as Christmas gifts to my family and keep one for myself. Goodbye to another tradition.π
sad to hear that there will be no more calendars I really enjoyed it
