The 5.30 is for the Gotham Steel pan, not the Copper Chef pan. Has anyone tried the Gotham Steel? I have several Copper Chef.

Amazon reviews say they warp baking at high temps. But I figure still worth a try at this price point. Thanks so much Hip2Save

I bought the professional aluminum baking sheets from Sam’S 25 plus years ago and they are still going strong and will never need replacing. Amazon carries them too. They bake perfect cookies.

My mom bought it for me for Christmas. I love it. I sometimes hear it pop(warp), but it goes back down when it cools off. I can’t tell that it has ever warped. I also found that I need to cook things for a little less time using this sheet. It is usually a minute or two less.

It has survived Trader Joe’s bacon wrapped scallops without a scratch from the metal tongs I use to flip them over. I let it cool, used a spatula to scrape off as much of the copious semi-solid bacon grease as I could, wiped with a dry paper towel, and then wiped with a wet paper towel or dishcloth.

One of the first times I used it, I got lazy and left the grease/coating/etc from whatever I cooked on there too long. It left slightly discolored spots after I cleaned it. I only see the discoloration if I am looking for it.
