I was needing to use my staples coupon soon, so this is perfect! Thank you for this deal!
Does staples takes coupons ? How many coupons per transaction? I have 2 dlr coupons of brawny , planning on getting them at kroger 3 per pack 8 count
Don’t k ow where free shipping kicks in, but you get dinged with high shipping cost. Negates the savings in my opinion.
$50
I just use cloth hand towels
Looking for staples 30 off 60 coupon. Please email me if you have one and let me know what you are looking for at sanatauseef at gmail dot com
Thanks so much. Will pick up in store to save shipping!
Only 1% cheaper than Costco Kirkland regular price, so not a great deal when considering total sq ft. Shipping is free to store so can pickup there. But I would rather wait for Costco sales.
For me, not having a Costco around, this is a really good deal 😀
Perfect timing. We’re down to one roll. Thanks so much!
Where do I put a coupon code online for Staples orders? Can’t seem to find it!
It’s located on the check out page
Found coupon code spot through live shat, and the guy waived my shipping (without me even asking). Got 8 packs of these and a pair of earbuds for my Kindergartner’s back-to-school supply list for $35…had the $30 off $60 coupon code I used. Great deal!
I have received my second $30 off $60 coupon in the last 2 weeks and trying to figure what to do with this one, I know ink is always something I can use and probably just add one of these Brawny PT for my grandsons school list because it will be starting back up in a few weeks.
Great deal! Thank you!
Are these 3 xlarge rolls for that price or 12? Thank you
Hi Rose! This is 12 XL rolls! Hope that helps. 🙂
Out of stock online 🙁
Hi Maria! You may want to try again now, as I’m still finding it in stock online. Hope that helps!
I think there is a typo on the website. I ordered 4 of these 12 packs yesterday, and when I went in store for pick-up, they had only shipped four 3-packs.
Darn! I’m sorry that happened. Have you tried contacting customer service.
same thing just happened to me. I’m in the store now.
Same thing happened to me. It was a typo on their website. If you look now, it shows a 3 pack. They refunded my money back and told me to keep the 3 pack they shipped.
I’m seeing that now too. Thanks for the heads up!
Would you be interested in selling your coupon?
I received my order and i should have known it was too good to be true. Now i have to waste my time and gas to return them.
Is anyone else getting the run around from staples? I ordered 7 cases for free shipping and now they r saying they only shipped 7 total. To make it worse customer service acted like they knew nothing about a problem. Now waiting on manager to call me back.
Staples.com did not honor the pricing placed for the item selected. When I arrived at the store I received 2 XL 3 packs. I returned those items and called customer service. Customer Service was not helpful at all. They insisted they never had in stock 12 packs. I will be returning to Amazon where I don’t have these issues and I get what I order delivered to my front door.
It was a waste of time and gas.
I also received the XL 3 pack! 🙁
Yea ordered 4 showed up they tried giving me 1 order (4-3packs) not all 4 x 12 that I should have gotten and gave me the complete run around. Called CS got a coupon credit but it’s the idea that a company won’t fulfil their price and product quantity that pissed me off. No more staples for me.
Just went to pick up my order this morning thinking they had 24 rolls, they shipped 2 , of the 3pk XL rolls . Waste of time and gas I was livid and they said it was my mistake. Showed them the original email and screenshot and had nothing to say! Never again!
I too had the same issue—ordered 4 12-packs online and had free shipping. Received 1 box for a total of 12 rolls—not 48!! Emailed them assuming someone made an error in shipping (it said box 1 of 1)—so I was certain it was just a mistake. Wrote me back stating it was a typo and directed me to look at their “terms and conditions”…. it took two more emails back and forth but finally resolved the situation.
Darn! I’m so sorry that happened. I’m glad you were able to get it resolved.
Went and picked up my order and the boxes felt light. Got home and there were 3 packs instead of 12 packs. I called customer service and they gave me a full refund, a $10 coupon, and let me keep the items. All in all a $49.70 savings. I would rather have gotten the correct items but I’ll take this deal all day long.
Yes, they did not stand behind the deal. I also got the 3 pack, they refunded it but I left empty handed. Not good customer service.
Just in case anyone is still following these comments, here’s what happened to me. It’s a long story but might help for future interactions.
I ordered 7 cases (would have been 84 rolls) and instead received 7 of the 3 packs (21 rolls) . When I inquired with customer service via email, I too got a generic response back telling me it was a typographical error and a link to their terms and service. No acknowledgement on their part of the price per roll difference that it caused and that I just overpaid by about 4 times more than I originally planned.
After 3 more responses back and forth explaining that I wasn’t going to pay over $50 for the amount of paper towels I received (making them $2.50 a roll!), and that their terms and service for typographical errors states that Staples will either contact you or cancel your order (neither of which happened), she initiated a return on the product. She told me that someone would be out to pick them back up, starting NEXT week, within 1-5 business days anywhere between 9-5. I asked for a smaller timeframe, since I’m not home during an entire week, and she stated I could drive them to a Staples myself if I didn’t want to wait. The closest Staples to me is 16 miles away.
At this point, I called customer service directly. That representative was just as unhelpful. She said that if I wasn’t home, to just leave them outside my house for the whole timeframe. And that if someone stole them, I wouldn’t be responsible and I could just call back and they would refund me right away. But that I would have to watch and if the delivery driver got it instead, then I would have to wait 10 business days for a refund..?!? She refused to help any further.
I just didn’t know what to do at this point. I called my “local” Staples and asked the manager there if he had any advice. He agreed that it seemed absolutely ridiculous to tell a customer to just leave it on the porch the whole time. Plus it’s a beacon for thieves to come to your home if you have packages just sitting there the whole time. He advised to call back and speak to a supervisor. I hate doing that, but I did.
The supervisor I got on the phone was very nice and did try to offer a solution. While she wouldn’t give me a price per roll adjustment for the 21 I did receive, she did give me a 50% refund and then a $20 Staples courtesy credit . At this point, I was OK with that as it made the price per roll actually cheaper than what I originally thought I was getting and I wouldn’t have to deal with the return mess. But the hassle to get to that resolution was ridiculous! I also now have to deal with spending my $20 back at Staples.
I deal shop a lot. I know that errors happen on websites all the time. But usually, a company just cancels the order and you never receive anything. But for Staples to not say anything about the error, send customers whatever amount they wanted to, act like you tried to scam them and make you jump through hoops to resolve it was just terrible. I definitely will not be trying to purchase things from Staples again, even at a “deal” price.
i had the same issues. i called customer service at first. she didn’t know what to do since i couldn’t forward her my email confirmation proving it was a 12 pack. so, i started a chat. girl on chat, was no help. requested to speak with a supervisor. supervisors are not avail on chat. one called me back. supervisor was it was an error on their end and she did refund me what i paid for.
Went to Staples and my emkail said 12 rolls for the 7.49 and I ordered 2 The manger of the Staples in Niles Ohio gave me 24 rolls of Bounty for the same price they had on the the Brawny I returned. Was happy with that.
