I logged in just now for the first time to play the game, clicked on the link “To Enter Without Making a Purchase” and it stated I had already played the 3 times allowed for the day. Frustrating to say the least.
Yes, I always have problems with their games. You can always call or email them but you have to be firm with them. They try to tell you to delete your history and data and all this crazy stuff but if you are firm them will usually credit you your game plays. I got one free game play and then it said I’d had my 3 for the day. Super frustrating! Try a different browser and a different computer that often helps. Good luck!

This new game is the most fun one… in my humble opinion :)…that Starbucks has ever had. So far I’ve been blessed to win 20 stars, a free bakery item, 1/2 off a drink, and a “ticket” for larger prizes (all without making a purchase).

In order to get 3 free plays the 1st time through select the “before 2 PM” option which gets you 1 free play. The next time (on the same day) pick “after 2 PM” which gets you 2 more plays. Just figured this out today. I’m on my Galaxy S7. Hope this helps.
A fun game indeed and I love their app as well and I’m almost at gold star status, woot! Aaaand I just got my SECOND 10yr ticket after getting several of the “No. 1” 10yr ticket!
