I’m a member too since 2014 and when I signed up with the Paypal email I already use for the account it reactivated my account until 2020. HTH!

Mine came up saying I already had an account as well, I just forgot my password. I had to open a separate window and go to their main page to select “forgot my password” for them to send an email to reset my password because I didn’t see that option on the page for the link provided. I reset my password.. Went back to the link provided on this page with my new password and was able to access “my account”. It says my status is “active” and my membership expires “8/21/2020” and I don’t have any payment method on file so I got my 2yr extension and I haven’t used ShopRunner since 2012 so it worked, yaya!
