We buy these clothes because they last and don’t fade. If I size up, my daughter can wear a play dress for 2 years and then even wear it as a tunic. Even after 2 years, they still look beautiful and have great resale value at consignment. So, yeah, I’d rather spend a bit more so she has beautiful clothes for longer.
These have actually been self-marketed as “Hanna-me-downables.” I shop and sell at consignment sales and they keep their resale value really well.
