No idea they were 148 for me too.

I was contemplating the same when it showed up as $99 and it was coming from Taiwan. Within minutes it went back to $148. I just tried the link again multiple times and it went back and forth from $148 to $111 (shipped from Miami) I was lucky enough to jump on that price. The price hopped around so many times last night between different sellers.
