Cat & Jack Bento Box – sold out online 🙁
Only $5.99 each
The 3-compartment bento box helps you organize a balanced meal. With four locks on the lid, you can keep food secure and leak-proof. Plus, the bento box is even top rack dishwasher safe for easy clean-up!
These are super cute boxes, but the silicone divider thing that is supposed to make them “leak proof” is total junk. It is very flimsy and doesn’t stay in place at all. I am thinking I might glue them in because it’s getting very irritating. 🙂
Oh bummer! Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear the dividers don’t stay put!
Figures that I see this right after I buy a $10 set of lunch blox (really only because I want the little one to put applesauce or yogurt in).
Question though: you mentioned that the silicone part is junky. So, I couldn’t use this and put yogurt in a compartment right?
No, I’ve done solid fruit and it totally seeps the moisture thru to the sandwich portion. It’s frustrating! My kids have not eaten their sandwiches a couple times because of whatever else leaked thru onto the bread.
It’s a lot bigger than it looks. It took up the entire space in my son’s Thermos lunch box. There wasn’t room left to include a drink in the bag. Had to return. It was cute though.
Darn! Thanks for the honest review! Good to know!
BE sure to review the new line of dishes, plates etc from Pillow Fort at Target!
Inexpensive and so much fun!!! .59/bowls or cups.
Also bottom shelf are larger amounts! Grab the big bag of reusable silverware for school lunches!!!!
Think the 6 count of bowls were $2.99!
Neat find! I’ll have to look for those the next time I head in to my store! Thanks for sharing!
I LOVE the pillowfort dishes! I donated our ikea sets and bought all one color from target to eliminate “I want xxxx color!” at every meal. They stack so well and the colors and sizes are all great!
Everything is sold out online, and in store, at least within 100 miles of each other 😭😭😭
Darn! Thanks for letting us know! It appears the Bento Box is sold out, however I do find the other items listed available as I head through checkout. Hope that helps!
mine stays put fine but it does not totally reach the top, so yogurt would leak badly. Kinda bummed about that. But these are better than the light weight plastic ones I was using.
Don’t buy the cheeky brand ones they are adorable but the lid will not fit the box and we even only hand washed ours even though it says dishwasher safe. Everything also goes everywhere inside since the dividers don’t reach the lid.
Only purchashed picks to put on food
Just an FYI, I have that bento box and it’s AWFUL. After the first use it’s impossible to get it to close again.
