I did this deal today but the 18ct doesn’t give the $2 EB. But the 16 ct light days liners (thicker) is $1.79 and is also buy 1 get 2nd at 50% off and has the EB offer. It worked out better for me as I have bajillion carefree pantiliners I got from the sale posted here a few months ago from Walmart. Thank you!
