Oh no! I got those last Monday with another items that I submitted to ibotta. Does anyone know if I can submit that receipt again for just the tampons item?
Unfortunately you can’t. You can only submit a receipt once.
that is incorrect. if you bought the item within the 7day window to submit your receipt, you can submit for the offer, even if you claimed something else on that same receipt. I bought a few things at CVS on Sunday that I submitted for and Suave offers popped up on Monday, which I happened to buy on Sunday. Submitted my receipt and got credit.
What you can’t do is submit the receipt again if an offer resets and use the same item that you already claimed. Or say you bought 2 items and the limit was 1. If the offer resets, you can’t submit that same receipt for the 2nd item.

Our Walmart will only allow one like coupon so you can score one free. Great buy. I have argued and argued that when coupons say up to 4 like coupons they should allow you more than one but they said their policy says only one like coupon per purchase.
I have forgotten items and submitted my receipt twice and ibotta accepted it though it was an item that I missed not an up to 5 item etc.
