To show customer appreciation, starting today, August 30th and running through September 29th, ALL Chick-fil-A restaurants nationwide are giving away FREE eight-count Chick-fil-A Nuggets (grilled or breaded) when you sign into your Chick-fil-A One account on the app!

- Members earn points with every purchase, earning more points per dollar spent as they reach new membership tiers (see info on tiers below).
- Points can be used to redeem available rewards or members can choose to save their points for redemption later.
- Members can now earn points for online catering orders using their Chick-fil-A One account!
- Members may receive surprise rewards from their local Chick-fil-A restaurant(s).
- Every member receives a birthday reward. 🎉
- Chick-fil-A One Silver and Red Members will have the ability to gift rewards to friends.
Chick-fil-A One Members will earn points with every purchase (scan, mobile order, online order, mobile pay) and can redeem your points for FREE food rewards, like a free small Icedream Cone for 150 points or a FREE Spicy Chicken Sandwich for 550 points (rewards and points may vary).
Each of the three membership tiers has increasing benefits, including receiving more points per dollar spent (seen below). To see your current membership status, you can click on the “Rewards” tab at the bottom of the app or view your account online.
- Chick-fil-A One Member: $1 spent = earn 10 points
- Chick-fil-A One Silver Member: $1 spent = earn 11 points
- Must earn 1,000 points in a year to achieve Silver Member status
- Chick-fil-A One Red Member: $1 spent = earn 12 points
- Must earn 5,000 points in a year to achieve Red Member status

Has anyone successfully deleted the app and then reinstall it and sign up with a new email in order to get the free nuggets?
I was able to just sign in, & it showed up on my rewards. I’ve used it for years & didn’t have to create a new account.
If you’ve already previously downloaded the app, open it and look at your rewards. I opened my previously installed app and the offer was in there.
I already have the new version and I just opened it and the free nuggets were there.
I believe the Chick-fil-a app checks the device ID when installing, so after reinstall the app automatically populates with the same info you used when you initially signed up on that phone. I hadn’t used the app since last September and I didn’t even have to put in my email address. The free nuggets reward was there waiting for me.

I downloaded the app and logged into my Chick fil A One account; I get a message telling me that they need to Verify my email, but I Never get the email. I click “continue” and get the message: Sorry! We’re having trouble serving you. Please try again later.
I’ve been getting this message for WEEKS. Any suggestions?

Oh bummer! Maybe try to restart your device, check to see if the app needs updated OR delete and reinstall the app. Hoping one of those options helps!

I finally fixed mine. I logged out and then I could not log back in so I reset my password and then it worked. Hope that helps

I got mine today. I love this app! I used my free breakfast one I got from my local chick-fil-a today for breakfast. Tomorrow I’ll probably get these free nuggets and get a side salad.

it was announced in July. Pretty sure there was a post here about it. The article I read said they wanted to concentrate on the app and offers. Guess they felt the need to compete with other fast food apps, esp McDonald’s. The cow calendar was unique and my nephew loved getting it for Christmas. Now they are just going to offer a giftcard like every other chain store.

Can the app be downloaded to a tablet?
My rewards say 8 piece nuggets and 8 piece grilled nuggets, does that mean I can get both? Or I have to choose?

Does the app work on iPads or does it require a phone?
All I had to do was log out and log back in. But it did wipe the points I had earned. 🙁
Well, I just added it and no reward yet. I sure hope I get it later.
