Yes, it will work as long as it is within 98% of the threshold. 🙂
Yes, at CVS only you can be a few cents off of a spend deal. the register is actually programmed to trigger the EB at 98% towards. So for a $15 deal, you just need $14.70 or more.
Is the $3 off 2 febreze found in CVS apps the same as the one in the ExtraCare? I saw the ExtraCare coupon but it’s a manufacturer’s coupon and has a limit of 1 coupon per purchase. So I can’t combine it with the BOGO coupon, right?
Looking at the ad online, it shows that the $3/2 will be an APP only offer, which will be in the “my deals” section starting on Sunday. There is a $3/2 under the manuf offer, which can be stacked with the App offer.

Does CVS still start their sale items Saturday evening? I have $10 ECB and would rather use it on this week AND next week’s deals late Saturday night.
Some stores do early activation. The store near me that closes at 10 pm starts the sales at 9 pm. You can also scan an item from next week’s ad and see if the sale price shows up. Best to ask, though, because they will then probably honor the deal if it doesn’t work.
