It really does make it more convenient. It’s one of those things you didn’t know you were missing until you tried it (like my rice cooker). It helps with distinguishing my phone from hubby’s, makes it easier to hold on to, AND makes for a nice stand when watching a show or video.
I bought one of these the last time they were posted. Love it! But I also bought the wireless charging pads that were posted a few weeks ago and love that too. With the Pop Socket on, I can’t use both together. 😢 Anyone aware of an iPhone 8 Plus wireless charging pad that can be used WITH a Pop Socket?
No, you would have to stick the PopSocket higher up on the phone.

I have an iPhone 8 Plus and I use the RavPower wireless charger from amazon. I had to put the popsocket towards the bottom of my phone so it is off of the charger when my phone is on it, but it also charges through a popsocket too depending on what case you have on underneath the popsocket (I’ve noticed it doesn’t work with thicker cases + popsocket, but it does with thinner cases + popsocket).
Kate, I have an iPhone 8 Plus and use a PopSocket. My husband bought me a wireless charging pad on Amazon and although I do have to wiggle it around until the green light comes on the pad, it does charge my phone overnight with the PopSocket on. Hope that helps!
