Try a different browser. I had the same problem when trying it in Mozilla. I had to print it from Internet Explorer.

I had a $15.00 UPS Express coupon to use at Staples. My package rang in at $12.00. The clerk said it had to be $15.00 or more to be covered by the $15.00 coupon. Is this true?
