How do you know if your order is one of the first 3,500? I don’t want to spend $50 and not receive the $25 gift card.
I made this purchase last time and never received my gift card! I sent emails to PepsiCo and Sams with no response. I also recently bought the Groupon for Sams membership and never received my gift card from Sams for that either!
Was thinking the same thing April. I never got the Gift card for making the online purchase.. Shame
I didn’t receive my card either! I would be afraid to spend $50 and not get the GC…Sam’s Club customer service is the worst. I complained so many times and didn’t get anywhere.
I didn’t get my gift card either. Sent multiple emails and calls, ridiculous. I told them if they were going to make it this hard, they shouldn’t have offered it in the first place. A big waste of time!
I never received gift card from Groupon either. I asked the customer service inside Sams Club and they had NO idea what I was even talking about. I did get a free chicken the day I went in to get my card made. I am wondering if I will get the gift card for purchasing the $50 in products today.
Joined during a gift card promo as well, when I mentioned it at Sam’s club, customer service was so rude to me, pretty much insinuated I was a thief for trying to take advantage of the membership promo, which they believed was only supposed to be marketed to a select few… I had to show them it was advertised on their website, lol. However the whole thing was humiliating, the damage was done. After that day I have not returned even though I had already gotten the membership. Not worth the trouble. Btw I did end up receiving the promo gc via email and credit for the movie streaming, but it did take more than a month.
I was just coming here to comment and see if anyone else got the groupon membership the last time and whether or not they ever received their $15 GC for making $15 online purchase? I didn’t. And like Norma said, when I went in the store to get my membership card they acted like I was a thief and kept telling me there’s “no way for them to prove I really paid my my membership” even though I had the receipts and I was coming up in their system as an active member!!
I did this the last time they had it. Literally submitted it the day it came out. Got email saying it was received and would be getting my rewards soon. Never got anything after that. Contacted the customer service email and no one replied back to me. Not going to try it again.
I did this last time and also did not get the gift card after submitting receipt. But after contacting Sam’s club they did end up sending it and gave me $50 instead of $25. Will definitely be trying this promo again.

For the Groupon Membership Gift Cards: I was emailed the store gift card quickly but not the online one. After contacting customer service they informed me that I would first have to make an online purchase, then I would receive the $15 gift card for a second online purchase. I passed because I didn’t want to pay the shipping charges twice.
I did this last night and received my gift card immediately.
I made a purchase for 5 Flavor Mix Chips 50 count Sunday ($11.94×5=$59.70) and picked it up in store Monday, submitted my receipt Monday and received an email for the $25 gift card early this morning (Tuesday).
