Not sure about this set. However, years ago I ordered a doll with in extra outfit from steals and deals and they were packaged separately.

I got the same circle of doom on my desktop, but went to it on my phone and was able to complete the purchase (and not even on wifi).
They release a certain number every hour and then they go on hold again. You have to refresh and refresh. It isn’t the top or the bottom of the hour. It’s a random time!

It’s kind of misleading when is says $130.95 shipped. When you go to check another $10 is added for taxes. I get that we pay tax on everything but should not say a wrong amount shipped. Should say amount plus tax.

Make sure to check your sales tax. Mine taxed me like I live in Chicago even though I’m way out in the suburbs. I emailed the today show and they said they are looking into it and will most likely refund excess taxes charged.
