That was happening to me, too. I tried logging out, but then the system wouldn’t let me log back in using Chrome. When I switched to Safari I could log in and the shipping error message was gone.

I ordered 4 total in two separate orders… I thought I would get $5 for in store pickup (I didn’t qualify for free shipping- wrong market?). I didn’t get the email about $5 for in store pu?? And…does anyone know if I can send one rebate form for two different receipts (4 total).

You only get the $5 kohls cash if it shows up at checkout. If it doesn’t offer it, then you don’t :/ And yes you can send the same rebate form with multiple receipts in the same envelope.
Need advice on where to get the brush heads for these Essence series E for a Good price. I bought one of these last year… one needs to buy the whole screw on unit (not just the brush part) and they are pricey. My dentist gives brush heads oiy for free when you get a teeth cleaning….but not these.🤔 Kinda like when you buy a printer and get it for nothing and pay tons for ink. LOL

So for 2 toothbrushes purchased in one transaction I need to submit in 1 envelope:
– 2 rebate forms,
– 2 barcode labels
– 1 original receipt

How do you get the original receipt? I ordered online. And picked up in store . They didn’t give me any receipt

Be careful and keep all your paperwork. I bought three items that had rebates and I only got two of them. No matter how I fought I never got the rebate for the other item because they shipped them seperatly it screwed up the rebate.
I think the current rebate for this item is $5, not $8. The $8 rebate expired 10/28/18 according to the form I see. It’s still a good deal.
