JUST IN! Apply Target Cartwheel Offers to Online or App Orders
WooHoo! 🎉
Exciting news for Target shoppers: You can now apply Cartwheel offers to Target.com online orders or when you choose Order Pickup in the app – OR to Drive Up orders when shopping on the Target app! This means you can now save more by shopping in your PJs! 😍
Here’s how Cartwheel discounts work…
- Search or browse offers by category, including personalized offers just for you.
- Scan barcodes while you shop in-store to see if there’s a Cartwheel offer available.
- Save offers to your Cartwheel list in the Wallet tab.
- Cartwheel offers are instantly redeemed when you scan the Wallet barcode in-store.
- NEW! Cartwheel offers will be automatically applied to your orders when you check out online and choose Drive Up or Order Pickup!
With Order Pickup, you can shop on Target.com or in the Target app and look for items that are eligible for Order Pickup. Even sweeter, if there’s an item with a Cartwheel offer available saved to your account, the discount will automatically be applied at checkout! Then just head to the store and pick up your order at Guest Services. Easy peasy!
With Drive Up, just shop and place your order with the Target app and the Cartwheel discount will automatically be applied at checkout. When your order is ready, Target will let you know that your order is ready to be picked up – usually within an hour! Then just head to the store, park in a designated spot, and let them know you’re there. They’ll bring your order right to your car! SWEET!
Plus, you don’t have to worry about paying shipping costs or extra fees with these services! 🎉
Yay! Finally!!
Do you know if you have coupons in your cartwheel they will apply? I would think so….
It doesn’t look like it. I checked in the app and it says the coupons only apply in store. That would be too good to be true if those came off too!
App does say only in store but last night I ordered Christmas pajamas and I had coupon in my cartwheel from the other day and it attached to my order.
You just made my day!
Aww, Glad to hear that! It sure is exciting news! 😉
YES!!! Thank you Target! I am an avid Target shopper but never use the cartwheels because I order online or do order pick up! Thank YOU Target for making things easier!
Amazing!
This is great news!!
Fantastic I am so happy!!
This is amazing!! I love Target and happy they are making it easier!
Cool!
Finally!! I’ve been hoping they’d do this. Go Target!
I know! I had been hoping for this too! SO exciting!
Now if they can make buying stuff with red card easier, one touch check out like Amazon… it’s annoying having to enter card number each time.
I never have to re-enter my card number. As long as I’m logged in, checkout at Target.com is super easy!
You can save your red card to your wallet and just select that on checkout at Target.com instead of inputting it every time, you can also use it in store by having them scan your target app barcode (instead of taking the card out etc)
Thanks, I’ll see if I can figure it out!
can you use cartwheel if you get your purchases shipped?
I don’t think so 🙁
Yay, waiting for this ! 🤗
this is the icing on the cake! thank you!
You are SO welcome!
So does this mean we will be able to get the toy a day deal online now? the one that starts in November?
I am interested to see how this will work too. I never managed to get the 40% off toy of that day as it was always sold out before I got to the store. Do you think they’ll have more stock for this deal or keep it to the 2-3 in stock with you having to order them when the deal goes live at midnight?
I would think the online inventory would be way more for an online order then the inventory at the actual store. That is my hope though.
I bet it will work. But I bet they won’t have more inventory. Plus the deal isn’t as great as it used to be. It used to be 50% off and last year it was “up to 50%” and I’ve heard rumors this year it’s “up to 40%”.
I suppose any discount is great but Wish it was like it used to be.
Yeah….I totally forgot that they changed the percentage last year. I just gave up on going altogether because my store never had any of it in stock…they would always sell out….and most of the time it was because they only had 2 or 3 to begin with!
Great news. Thanks for update.
You’re welcome!
Finally!!!! This is the best news I have heard all day!!!!!! 🙂 Thanks for the good news H2S!
You’re welcome! I was super happy to hear about it too! 😀
Wow finally!!
I’ve found that a lot of the time, there was an equivalent code to use at checkout that was the same discount as it would be using Cartwheel in the store. But this should still be nice if it applies to every order now, not just crossing your fingers for a checkout code.
I was unable to use ibotta and checkout 51 with my drive up order.
No, you cannot use pickup orders for Ibotta. But CO51 should still work as long as it’s an itemized receipt.
Life just got even better!!
Only works on some cartwheel offers. You have to check each item to see if it’s elgible. Right now, it works on Charmin, but not the Bounty offer.
FINALLY!!
Is it bad that I yelled “Best Day EVER” because of this and my Hubby had to remind me that someone broke into our car overnight.??? I still think this makes up for that…. #couponerproblems
Omg yay!!!!!!!!
Can anyone tell me if they will accept paper coupons on a pick up order? I know some stores allow it and others don’t. Has anyone done it?
This is great news! I wonder if the savings will also be reflected in your Cartwheel account?
Best news EVER
Happy Dance Right Now. Yeah Target!
Is other Targets a mess? Ours in Plattsburgh, NY is terrible. Shelves half empty, stuff everywhere, boxes in the isles. Its crazy and sad cause I love Target. They said they took off the night shift stockers per corperates orders. They don’t have enough workers to stock during the day. I just didn’t know if anyone elses was like this?! Its been like this since mid July or so. 😔
Not ours. I have 2 Targets close by and both are awesome. Always stocked.
Yes ours here in Fayetteville NY is a wreck pallets in the aisles lucky if you can get your cart around the piles of stuff everywhere. This would be awesome to drive up though our Walmart doesn’t offer this service.
is this what happened??? so my target isnt that bad, shelf wise BUT I go during the week day and there are employees EVERYWHERE stocking stuff. carts full of merch sitting around, a pallet or two in all the main isles. I hate it!!! I go there like lots of other stay at home moms in my area every other week or so to get my Starbucks, get out of my house with my toddler and browse. now I feel like I’m in the middle of someone’s workplace instead of shopping in a store. like im bugging employees instead of blowing off steam with my 2 year old. so annoying and ruining my quiet trips to my favorite store.
Yessssssss!!!!!!! Finally!!!!!!

I think this is super exciting. I think they are trying to lower their shipping costs for red card holders and had a genius moment. I hope they don’t go to a threshold limit now for red card holders.
Yayyyy!!!
So..I am confused.. Now you can order online with cartwheel…but you have to pick up at store correct? You cant order online and then have it shipped?? Someone please clarify this for me! Thanks! I live almost 1 hr from Target! SO I hope it allows shipping!

Paige, if you look at this in the App it will be really clear. For instance search for Degree women’s deodorant. You will see that there is a 10% cartwheel. scroll down you will see offer valid, instore, pickup or drive up. Delivery is grayed out. I usually do delivery since I have health issues. I might try the pickup. Not sure. Hope this helps.

Paige sorry I wasn’t clear at all. Yes you can still get things mailed no problem but the cartwheels can’t be applied to the mailed items just instore, pickup, or drive up. So sorry I didn’t give a clearer answer.
How about the mfqr coupons in the cartwheel? Will those be applied on your online order to be picked up in store?
<3 <3 <3
Thank you Target, you made my day with this changes to Cartwheel. I have already shared the news with family and friends. Lynnette Brown, Nashville, TN
You’re very welcome! Happy you could share the news!
So excited for this!
It doesn’t work in Illinois yet 🙁
