Free shipping codes MVCFREEOCT or OCTMVCFS are only valid if you have an MVC (Most Valued Customer) Card. I called customer service and they told me I have a reg card. – in other words, I guess I am a NotMVC. If anyone has a free shipping code for the customers like me, please share. Thank you.
