Even though it’s just 99 cents, I sure hope my Wendy’s can actually make one! I bought only one of these and never got to use it! “The machine is down.” That’s what they told me everytime I went. It didn’t matter if it was winter or summer. A friend that used to work in fast food told me they say that because they don’t want to clean the machine st night…smh. I believe if the company put a guarantee that if I’m unable to get my frosty, my meal is on the house, then they definitely will make one!
You should call and complain to corporate. Fill out the survey from your receipt every time saying how disappointed you are that the machine is always down.
It’s actually $2 for an entire year of Frosty’s. Yes, these are great for a nice treat, but the true reason behind them is to improve the lives of kids who deserve to be adopted. I don’t know where you are, but Wendy’s is almost everywhere. You can always find another location (I wont go on a rant). I grew up in Columbus knowing about the Dave Thomas foundation for Adoption. If it is the same store ,all the time…please let the manager know..but I’d talk to them first , as when you call corporate, sometimes the st.mgr well get in trouble, and they were unaware that staff were either shutting machines down early or ,not filling them ,or just not getting the frostys….they do break diwn… but not often …these machines are almost like tanks ,compared to some of the soft seve machines I have encountered…:)
So they will work at any Wendy’s even if they didn’t have them available for purchase in store?
Just as a thought, I’m going to buy these as part ofthe Christmas gift for my kids’ teachers. A gift that keeps on giving!
