   Hello fellow Hip2Savers. I am wondering if anyone has gotten a post purchase price refund from Amazon?
   Earlier this week I bought 2 kindles from Amazon, I have had them less than 2 days. I noticed today that the price dropped an addition 10 dollars. I decided to chat and ask them about a refund for the difference. I have never asked any company about a refund before. Anyways while I was in Amazon chat line the price shot back up…. Amazon said they would only refund if I had taken a screen shot of the lower price and then later in the chat said that they never, ever, ever give out refunds for post purchases and refused me. Has anyone had a similar experience? Thank you so much for any help.

  If you have amazon prime you can always order them again at the new lower price, then return your previously purchased ones with their free return shipping. In the past when I have called them and told them I was going to do this, they have sometimes offered to just go ahead and credit the difference.

  I was able to do this once but it was 4 years ago. I haven’t tried again since then.

   Just got this for our niece to add to her xmas gift of mega blocks we got from a deal you posted before. $13 for a gift that looks like it’s well over $30. So happy we’re done with that gift! Thanks, Collin!
