Hopped on to chat with Amazon about something else, and I have never had a wait time. There is a wait time of 38 minutes to chat with someone, or a 23 minute wait for the phone. I wonder if it’s because of this promotion.

I just spent the last 2 hours telling them I signed up and did the promo code but never got the discount applied and all they can say is I’m sorry all the supplies have been claimed. I’m very disappointed in Amazon right now!

Call again! Get someone different.. I just called customer service they had me add it to my car while I was on the phone and purchased it for 4999 and then immediately after he went in and apply the promo card tell me to refresh my app and it showed that it only billed me $1.06 😊

Are you a prine member? Did they verify that you signed up for Anazon music. I saw where a non prime memver said they were able to do the deal. I was trying to do the deal, but got the message that it was no longer available. I want to call CS but dont want to waste my time if it’s for prime members only.
