I have the same issue with my son, it drives me crazy. He is a size 15, and goes through socks like there is no tomorrow. I can now finally always find the size he needs at Walmart, and now that they carry the socks with designs, he is happy. I am happy as well not to have to pay $20.00 for a pair of dress socks when needed.

It’s because of the donation socks. Replace the donation socks with non donation socks and it goes through.

I ordered a bra and the free pack of socks with success. I went back in to place a 2nd order for the bo/go women’s sweatshirts and free socks and now returning the Error ‘Order was not found.’ Their site must be completely overwhelmed. I even cleared my cart and started over and it would not process.
Check your bank/credit cards…I’m getting that error too – my order didn’t go through but they still charged me. Ugh. Now I have to call and get this taken care of.
