They are incredible. I ordered a small canvas a couple years ago using a tiny facebook photo (old one of my grandma and her sisters when she was a child, so there was no hard copy). They were the only company that said the resolution of the photo was fine and it arrived even better than expected.

I just ordered with them-my total showed about $85 and after clicking to submit my order it jumped up to $115. They charged my card and everything! I had to call to cancel. I am still waiting to hear back that the cancellation went through.
