What is unframed?
Just curious- has anyone done this with a photo that gives you the ‘low resolution’ warning? For this price I think I’m willing to risk it
I did one last time this was posted, and it gave me the low resolution warning, but I went ahead and tried it anyway since it looked pretty good on screen (not blurry or anything). It turned out really nice!
I guess it depends on how low the resolution is. I did this last time, didn’t give me a low resolution warning. I went ahead and ordered. After 2 hours, I got a call from Walgreens saying the picture doesn’t look good, so I canceled it. Thankful that the Walgreens photo tech called me before they started the process.
I’ve used a low-resolution picture several times and overall it looks pretty good. It might be slightly more pixilated, but not much.
I loved mine from last time! Dont forget to select full resolution (vs standard) in upload preferences!

It is 2 inches thick so it could stand up straight, but it might get knocked over, depending on where you put it
Does anyone know how to resize their files so that it will fit within the 11×14 canvas without cutting off heads or feet? I’ve resized my photo image to 11×14 before uploading to Walgreens, but the Walgreens software zooms in the images so close that I end up losing heads/feet/arms in group photos.
Add your photo, select layout from the left menu, then select color wrap and pick the first one (full image with nothing one it). This will show the full image, then select Background from the left menu and pick a color for the outside border. I selected black, almost gives it a black frame look. Hope this helps.

I am having the same issue, part of the head got cut off
I left my photo in the original size, then uploaded and cropped the photo through Walgreens to fit accordingly. (To do that, I clicked on the photo once chosen and applied to the canvas view, then chose “edit” in the pop up box. From there, “crop” is an option. It was the only way I could get my photos centered as well.) If the photos have images too close to the edges, it will obviously be cut off due to the width of the wrap-around frame. Good luck! Messing with these can be so frustrating!

This turned out great. Way better than expected. I check the full resolution upload and resized my picture to 11×14 on Lightroom before uploading. I made a gift for my sister in law.. I wish I had all my pictures back from the family session. Too bad it expires tomorrow.

Brenda, you can use Canva. There is another free option as well, but I cannot think of it at the moment!
Yes. But I just use them regularly enough. I think you can use any software to resize your picture. It is just better to resize yourself before you order though!

Just a heads up- I ordered last night and later received an email saying my order couldn’t be processed and I needed to order from a different location. A new email just came saying it was ready to be picked up. I called the store and the employee said because of the sale, they had run out of canvases to print on. She said unfortunately all of the stores in the area were out. However, they were able to find one store with a canvas in stock and an employee drove over to pick it up so they could print my order today. That was extremely nice of them to go to all that trouble! Please remember to thank the photo employees when you pick up your orders! (And be considerate if your order is cancelled, it’s not the employees fault if the store didn’t send them enough canvases for the this sale).
