Can you not use the 20% code and $10 off code if you are using kohl’s cash!? This wasn’t always like this!
Use the $10 code first. Then the Kohls cash applies and then what ever balance is left the 20% applies too. It has been that way for atleast 5 years, probably longer.
I was actually told tonight by Kohl’s customer service that you can’t apply any discounts until you use up all your Kohl’s cash if you’re paying with Kohl’s cash.
However, she also told me that you have 10 days grace period after they expire to use online or in the store (the policy changed in September). She also mentioned that Kohl’s cash only stays in your wallet for two days after it expires so make sure you keep your email with the Kohl’s cash number code
I am bummed bc I have $90 to use but can’t apply the 20% today.
I work for Kohls. Kohls cash cannot be used expired online. Only instore up to 10 days. I’ve also placed many orders and use a $10 off $50 or $10 off $25 that applies first and then Kohls cash applies.
Also you can use the 20% in the same order. It just applies the $90 kohls cash first and then the 20% on whatever balance is leftover. With the cyber sale, it is a good day to use Kohls cash as prices are lower than what they will be come Thursday when the sale is over.

Can you still earn kohls cash when you use kohls cash?
I think customer service told me yes you can but don’t quote me. Lol!
You can if you spend $50 out of pocket after applying the Kohls cash and any other coupons. Example:
Total=$80
Use $30 kohls cash
You pay $50 out of pocket and you get Kohls cash.
