It went from 99$ to 158$ after all the taxes :/

  2. Amanda Hoerschelman

After taxes and $35 daily fee it comes to $260 total for 2 double beds and a sofa bed and up to 6 wristbands for 2 nights. So $130 per night. Good deal!

WI location on a weekday. Weekend and holidays were MUCH higher.

  3. Jodi

It depends where you live. PA was $199 without fees.

    • Maggie

Which dates available? I chose the date and then the room type. It asked to choose date again and the price went up from 199 to 499

  4. Sherry

When you say “total” you should include the true price.

I picked Traverse City for the same price you listed for 2 days.
The Taxes and Fees were almost 100 dollars.
The true Total price was 270ish dollars.

I agree, but its still a good deal. I booked 2 nights at the TC one in feb. Ebates is offering 6% back. When I checked Great Wolfs website for pricing, it was double what i ended up paying. $115 a night for 6 at great wolf is a ridiculously good deal!

Darn! Thanks for the feedback, Sherry. It appears that taxes and fees will vary greatly depending on which location you choose. Hope that helps!

This was perfect. We are going to Colorado in January for a retirement ceremony. Thank you!!

You’re so welcome! Have a great trip!

I paid almost the exact amount when I booked directly through GWL on the phone, with their 30% discount. Groupon’s price was only $5 less (even with the promo code) on the only date that would work for us. Dang it. I would have loved to save some $$$. We needed a Sat. stay in Jan. for a friends trip up so our dates aren’t flexible.

I have always wanted to take my kids to this, but I’m so scared with all the bad reviews about bed bugs. 🤮

    • Laura

destinirenie I heard the same thing! It makes me hesitant to go there.

      • Mamarenie

My husband had a patient at his hospital bring them there(hospital). They figured out later they just stayed at great wolf and the room they were in was infested. I was like 😮!!

    • Lynne

My husband said he heard that too!!! In Pa he said Kalahari is better!

I get confused, are people in MN the only ones that pay outrageous fees through Groupon? Anything travel related is absurd. In this particular case they want 3 TIMES the nightly rate for the groupon fee. Over $300 for one night of fees! I hate Groupon. I just called Great Wolf and they matched the nightly rate, added their resort fee and I saved over $300/night by keeping Groupon out of it.

  9. Rob

We did this deal last year, a word of caution when you get to the resort they charge you can extra cost on top of the Groupon I believe for us it was near $30 for whats called a “daily resort fee”. Very deceptive, I think everything should be included in this deal.

    • Mia

I believe the resort fees are already included in the groupon rate. Not the ones listed here on Hip2Save but if you were to go through the process, it shows that those other fees are added.

We went der last week during thanks giveing break. We paid $460 after tax and fees. Felt over rated when we got there. Nothing much to do except water park. All other kids activities are paid as well

  11. Melissa Johnston

There taxes are ridiculously high and the reviews about bed bugs is scary! Last time we went they gave us our key…room on 3rd floor, get up there and key doesn’t work so ask housekeeping to let us in, someone else is in there(all their stuff in room) go back down to desk, oh I wrote wrong room down for you! Sorry sent me to a different room! All the kids all the luggage! Not happy and all I get is oops, sorry? Not going back! People still saying the see bed bugs and I seen why, not very clean!!
