You may want to plan a trip to your local Kohl’s store on December 1st or 2nd from 1-3 PM local time, and head to the toy department to snap a free photo with Santa and score a free FAO Schwartz surprise. Check for more details here or on the Kohl’s home page.

Is it only paramus and Ramsey Nj stores as written on site flyer?
It will be in over 1,100 stores nationwide. The two stores listed on the flyer are not doing both days; they are only doing December 1st.

I have its quick and fun just make sure you are there early so you dont have to wait long …but if you do at least pack snacks/water & your kids can play with the toys while they wait lol…I even like taking my own pictures because you can take as many as you want and print /e mail them right away.

I’m wondering what the FAO Schwartz surprise is. We have already done Santa photos but I can never pass up a freebie!
Anyone else think this could be a total disaster? I’d love to take our kids but our Kohls’ toy sections (tucked in the back corners of the stores) are already a complete mess trying to get through on a normal day at the holidays, I cannot imagine what it will be like with Santa and a freebie going on. I’m so tempted but I have this feeling I’ll leave frustrated.
I went last year. They were not giving anything free away and we were the only ones there when it started.
At my store it was some employee dressed up as Santa and another one dressed kinda like an elf. Really not good. But whatever
I was wondering what the FAO Schwartz surprise was. So I called local kohls they said they are only giving out candy kane n a letter to each child….
The letter is the surprise it’s a sase with letter for the child to send out to Santa
