Autumn, From what I’ve read, the slight instability of sitting on the ball uses more muscles, especially the core, than just sitting in a chair. So, it encourages building up core muscles which then supports better posture. Hope that makes sense!
My daughter uses one similar to this one for physical therapy. She’s going to be so happy that I got her one. And in purple…her favorite color. Hip2save comes through again.
