I’m frustrated with their sales. I first bought on Black Friday and it was buy one get one then on cyber Monday it was buy two get two now it is buy three get three. I asked if I was able to get a price adjustment and they said it does not work on previous orders and they could not cancel the order I made the day prior because it was already in process so I have to return it to the store…I live 90 minutes from the closet store. ….don’t get me wrong I love Victoria secret and probably buy too much from them but I don’t here the hubby complaining. I just treated myself to some nice things after having an unplanned hysterectomy at 36 so I wanted a confidence boost.
It is essentially all the same sale. B1G1 free is the same discount as b3g3 free (50% off). But this sale benefits Victoria’s secret because the consumer is now spending more to purchase 3 items instead of 1…

I chatted with 2 different reps and they both refused to add my third code saying they were only allowing 2 today. I called customer service and on the greeting itself it says you’re allowed 3 per order.
It was a long hold time, but I’ll gladly wait for $20. The rep I got asked no questions! Asked me to submit my order, pulled it up and applied my rewards card no problem!
