This offer cos e didn’t work for me. I place the order and it only gave me the 2 minute primers and overnight shipping. I called smashbox and told them that was not what the code says on my email, it says 25 off 75 the two mini samples and 2 days shipping and they basically called me lier because they say that’s not what gilt offers. I cancelled my order and try to called gilt but they are closed.

I did it as a promo code and it didn’t work, on top of that the customer service for smashbox was not helpful at all the first one literally called me a lier because she said that she had the promo in fronto of her and gilt promo never included samples. I I also told her I had the email in front of my face and it said it did. I called again and spoke to a PAGE from smashbox and the most rude agent said that she was not gonna help me and that’s it.

I just signed up for the gilt voucher, but it says it will be shipped by December 30th 🙁 is there any way to get the voucher to use instantly?
I got it within 30 min in me email but is not working, I’m going through a nightmare trying to cancel my order. I sent an email to gilt to let them know their voucher is not working and smashbox said that there’s no way they can offer that in one voucher. I’m extremely upset for this false advertisement from gilt.
