Just FYI I purchased several of these candles the last time you posted on December 11th. I have yet to receive them. I called customer service, was told they would get ahold of the warehouse and email me an update on my order. I haven’t received an email or call back and no shipping confirmation. I will follow-up again after the holiday, and hope this is just because of the holiday. I have never ordered from this company prior. Is this the norm?
That’s not like them at all. I’ve ordered from Francesca’s several times and always received my orders fairly quickly. Hope they’ll make it up to you and you will get your stuff!!

I am selling things on Mercari. This year around holiday my packages travel around 10 days instead of 1-2 days. Tracking numbers do not update for days. Then it shows the packages traveling all over the country 😉 so I would give a shot that this is the time before holiday.
