Hi does this brand allow making gluten free bread? Just found out that I must miss out on all the regular things I love.

I love my Zo! I have had mine for about six years and have only had to replace the pan. Other bread machines only last about a year here since we bake all our bread in our machine.
Do you have to use bread machine box mixes or can you use scratch ingredients? Have you ever tried to bake Keto bread in this?
I only use mine to mix dough but ive had it since 1999 and its still going strong. Use it at least twice a week. Cant go wrong with this brand.
That’s what I do too, Nat. I can’t knead worth a crap! I like baking the bread in the oven along with my sweet rolls.
